TSO Training provides this website to explain available course routes, handle enquiries and support account and course administration. Contact us at info@tso-training.co.uk or 01794 765888.

Listed routes and durations are guides. Dates, entry requirements, delivery, fees and certification must be confirmed with us before booking. A course listing, account or registration invitation does not by itself reserve a place or guarantee an award or card.

Ask for the terms that apply to your chosen booking, including any cancellation or refund arrangements. No fixed cancellation period, refund scale or payment commitment is created by these website terms.

Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Use your own login and protect access to it. Only provide information that you are authorised to share. Contact us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.

Trainer and administrator access is managed by authorised staff, not chosen during sign-up. Access may be restricted for security reasons or misuse.

If you link a card, its number and surname are sent to NPORS to import the record. Linked records refresh after sign-in. You can unlink your saved details and photograph from your account.

The display is an imported snapshot, not an official replacement card or a live guarantee of entitlement. Source records and expiry status can change. Confirm important qualification details with the relevant scheme or us before relying on them for work.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person's records, upload harmful material or disrupt the service. Access to private records must stay within your authorised role.

Website content and images belong to their respective owners or licensors. Scheme names and logos remain the property of their owners. Do not republish or reuse licensed imagery without the necessary permission.

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information and features can change or be unavailable. Check important course details directly with us. External websites and login services have their own terms and policies.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
